 Please allow up to 45 days from the date received in our office for your request to be processed. Once processed, all applicable refunds will be forwarded directly to the selling dealership or financial institution. Please understand that canceling a contract mid-term will have no effect on your monthly payment. 

For more specific questions regarding your request, please call our cancellation department at 800-395-8664. Be prepared to provide your name, your contract number, and/or VIN.

If you are a dealer needing a cancellation quote, cancellation status, or copies of cancellation paperwork, please allow up to 24 business hours for a reply. You may call our office directly with more urgent matters.
